Tender young lettuce leaves, with young green onions, cherry tomatoes, watermelon chunks and baby cucumber. Dressed in a white vinegar and olive oil vinaigrette. The dressing mix is half cup good white vinegar to a quarter cup olive oil, tablespoon white sugar, teaspoon salt and half teaspoon black pepper.
